Sent via email, SMS, or messaging apps such as WhatsApp, they impersonate the hotel or booking sites (such as Booking.com). Guests with reservations at our hotel may also receive similar messages, so please be careful.
These messages may appear to confirm or re-confirm your reservation and can include requests to enter your credit card information or URL links leading to fake (phishing) websites.

What OUR OUR will never do
- Ask you to enter credit card details directly via email, SMS, social media, or messaging apps
- Ask you to access an external URL for the purpose of confirming your reservation
- Request re-payment or additional payment outside of the official booking site
If you receive a suspicious message
- Do not access any URL links included in the message
- Do not enter personal information such as your credit card number or PIN
- If anything seems suspicious, please contact us using the form below
If you have already opened a URL or entered your information
- If you have opened a URL in the message or entered personal or credit card information, please contact us via the form below as soon as possible to help prevent further damage.
- If you entered credit card details, please also consider contacting your card company to suspend the card.
