This is a complex space built around the concept of “AMBIVALENT.” Ambivalence means that conflicting emotions and values can exist at the same time. Just as everyone’s idea of what is “right” or “good” differs, for one person “OUR OUR” in Asakusabashi-Kuramae is a hotel to rest the body, for another the margin of the city; for someone a place to enjoy a special cafe time, and for someone else a place to meet people.

A public “HINOKI” Spa & Garden on the top floor. Separated by gender, each space offers multiple shower booths and a hinoki cypress bath, also serving as an urban refresh zone.
