Notice of reopen and Coronavirus prevention measures

Thank you for always choosing CAFÉ/MINIMAL HOTEL OUROUR, CAFÉ BAR Our, -AO-.
Due to the spread of the coronavirus infection, and we temporarily closed from April 11, however, the hotel operation will be restarted from June 19.

For a reopen accomodation, we are implementing the following measures to prevent the spread of infection to our guests.

– a limited number of entry to the reception for avoid close contact.
– Health check for guests

▼room floor
– leave space between rooms
– ventilate the guest room
– Thorough disinfection using sodium hypochlorite solution during cleaning

▼shower room, Hinoki spa
– Thinning out the shower room and lockers to reduce the number of people
– a towel hand over on the reception
– Hinoki spa closed

▼Breakfast
– Thinning out the number of seats in the restaurant
– Restriction on the number of people who can use the restaurant

▼something else
– Request to wear mask to guest
– Thorough management of staff health and hygiene (temperature measurement and confirmation of records before going to work)
– Wearing a mask during service
– Frequent disinfection of places where unspecified majority touches

Also, we have reopened from May 7 about bakery and restaurant.
