- 1st Day
- Enjoy your first slice just the way it is, freshly out of the oven. You will love the sweet fragrance and the rich, lush taste of the soy milk.
- 2nd Day
- After a day passes, the dough settles down. The sweetnes stands out even more, and you can enjoy the deepened taste of the wheat either toasted or untoasted.
- 3rd Day
- From the third day onwards, we recommend toasting the bread. The crust will become crispy, while the inside retains it's tender humidity. Adding butter before toasting not only draws out the taste but adds a mellow texture to the mix.
